Private Consulting Services

Before your first session, we’ll send you a detailed behaviour questionnaire. This helps us understand your pet’s home environment, history, health, and other important factors. During your initial consultation, we’ll review the questionnaire and have a conversation about your pet, ensuring we have a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs, as well as your own goals and expectations. We’ll assess your pet's behaviour and collaborate with you to create a tailored training plan. You’ll also receive guidance on how to implement effective management strategies to achieve your goals.

Following your consultation, we’ll provide you with a thorough assessment, a customised training plan, and any additional notes or resources to support how you learn best as an individual or family. We’ll also schedule a follow-up call to address any questions, monitor your progress, and offer ongoing support.

We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients, supporting them every step of the way as they work towards lasting behaviour change in their pets. Follow-up recommendations are personalised and will be referenced during your revisit consultations. These may evolve as your knowledge and handling skills grow, and you may find that you need less support over time - which is our goal!
